By using the Gorgeousweekend.com website you agree to these Terms and Conditions and corresponding Privacy Policy and expressly consent and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulation that govern this website and your accommodation booking. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Your contract

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd acts at all times as the booking agent for the accommodation listed on the Gorgeousweekend.com website. This means that the contract is between you as the customer and the accommodation supplier and as such is subject to their individual Terms and Conditions. This contract begins as soon as you confirm your booking through the Gorgeousweekend.com website. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd will endeavour to provide where possible all accommodation supplier's Terms and Conditions during the booking process.

In the event of personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission by an accommodation supplier or other supplier of a service or product, your sole right of redress will be against that supplier. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd are under no liability at all whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

2. Accommodation

For all accommodation bookings, Gorgeous Weekend Ltd uses a third party hotel reservation application supplied by iBooking Ltd. To secure your accommodation for the dates specified, iBooking Ltd accepts (on behalf of your accommodation provider) your credit card details using secure SSL encryption and stores them temporarily on a dedicated secure server. All credit card details are automatically deleted 30 days after your check out date. Payment for the accommodation is subject to the individual accommodation supplier's terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming the booking. Please note our accommodation providers accept payment in British Pounds Sterling only.

You should note that some accommodation suppliers will deduct a deposit from your card at point of booking. If you have booked a self-catering property please be aware that full payment may be due prior to your stay.

iBooking Ltd provides foreign currency exchange rates from GB pounds sterling which are updated weekly. By accepting the booking you understand that this exchange rate is designed to provide you with a guide only and that exchange rates are subject to change prior to paying the accommodation provider in full.

Please note, some of our accommodation suppliers operate on a Enquiry only basis. For those that operate in this way ibooking will forward your proposed dates and personal information to the accommodation supplier, who will then accept or decline your booking. These accommodation suppliers will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours, however Gorgeous Weekend cannot guarantee or control response times.

You are advised to reconfirm your booking a week before check-in, and to let the accommodation supplier know your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive after 18.00 hours, the accommodation supplier should be notified.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation of the booking must be made through Gorgeous Weekend Ltd, not with the accommodation supplier directly. Once the booking is confirmed, you are subject to the accommodation supplier's individual cancellation policy. Every supplier's cancellation policy is available to read during the booking process. Please ensure you have read and accept this policy before confirming the booking.

Please note: some accommodation supplier's cancellation policies may outline a period when cancellations will be subject to payment of a penalty. This period does not include the day of arrival - so, for example, a cancellation policy of '24 hours' means a reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before midnight on the day before arrival to avoid the penalty.

We strongly advise you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover a cancellation charge and or any other eventuality before or during your trip. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd cannot accept any liability for loss of money once a booking has been made.

4. Booking confirmation

You should receive confirmation of your booking by email within 24 hours of processing your card details on the Gorgeousweekend.com website. If you do not receive this email it is your responsibility to contact Gorgeous Weekend Ltd to confirm the booking has been successful. Please check your junk mail before asking Gorgeous Weekend to resend.

5. Accommodation information

Please note that every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, but all opinions and comments expressed on the Gorgeousweekend.com website are subjective. You understand that Gorgeous Weekend Ltd may not have conducted any quality or other checks on the accommodation supplier and we make no representations about the suitability of the accommodation on the Gorgeousweekend.com website.

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd cannot be held liable for any mistakes or omissions made by the supplier. Accommodation information, room rates, facilities and availability are subject to change, and services and facilities can be withdrawn without notice.

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd are proud of their extremely high levels of customer service - if you are disappointed with your accommodation, or with the service supplied by one of the activity suppliers listed on the Gorgeousweekend.com website, Gorgeous Weekend Ltd will endeavor to help you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. However, as the agent, Gorgeous Weekend Ltd are under no lawful liability whatsoever to resolve a dispute between you and an accommodation or other supplier of services or products.

When you make a booking with Gorgeous Weekend Ltd you receive automatic membership into the GW Club. This membership entitles you to receive our free regular GW Telegram, which keeps you informed about upcoming events as well as exclusive offers and discounts from our suppliers. 7. The Websites

7.1 Gorgeousweekend.com

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Gorgeousweekend.com website. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs having adverse effects) do not reside on the website, but accepts no responsibility in relation to this.

7.2 Third party websites

The Gorgeousweekend.com website may include a number of website links to third party suppliers and organisations, all of which will have their own individual terms of use and privacy policies. Any links to these third party websites do not amount to endorsement of the site by Gorgeous Weekend Ltd and any use of that site is at your own risk. You accept by following the link that Gorgeous Weekend Ltd cannot be held liable for any content included on these third party sites.

8. Concierge Service

8.1 The service

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd provides a chargeable concierge service by providing you with a suggested itinerary according to a budget specified by you. The itinerary will consist of suggested products and services from third party suppliers, but do not constitute a package and do not fall within the meaning of The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd is not an authorised travel agent or tour operator and only acts as an introductory agent for any third party supplier services or products suggested. Any contract formed is between you and the service or product supplier and is subject to their individual terms and conditions.

8.2 Payment

The total cost of the itinerary will include the concierge fee. If you want the Gorgeous Weekend concierge to implement this itinerary, the concierge fee must be paid in advance by credit or debit card and is non-refundable. Payment for activities and products arranged by the concierge must be made to the third party suppliers according to their own terms and conditions, which Gorgeous Weekend Ltd will supply to you where possible. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd can also arrange to take payment on behalf of the third party if so required and there is no extra charge to do so, however this does not constitute a contract with Gorgeous Weekend Ltd for the services booked and at all times Gorgeous Weekend Ltd remains the agent. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd and our suppliers accept payment in British Pounds Sterling only.

8.3 Cancellation

You agree to be bound by the third party supplier's cancellation policy. Unless otherwise agreed by the supplier, you shall not be entitled to cancel any services of products where, on your instructions, performance has already begun.

8.4 Refunds

Any request for a refund of payment due to cancellation shall be subject to the supplier's cancellation terms and any dispute is solely between the supplier and you. Any request for a refund of payment due to dissatisfaction with the supplier's service or product should be made directly to the supplier.

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd cannot accept any liability for payment made to third party suppliers once authorised by you.

8.5 Liability

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd shall use all reasonable care in selecting the suppliers of third party services and products for your itinerary in accordance with your preferences. By engaging with these suppliers Gorgeous Weekend Ltd is acting as your introductory agent at all times. You are deemed to be responsible for, and shall use your own skill and judgement as to the quality, value and suitability of the suggestions within the itinerary in deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party supplier of services or products.

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd undertake no responsibility for and are not liable for the misinterpretations , breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any of the third party suppliers of services or products. In the event of any loss, personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission of a third party supplier your sole right of redress will be against that supplier. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of third party services or products or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by the Gorgeous Weekend concierge service and the resulting supply of services or products to you by those third parties.

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd owns or is lawfully entitled to all of the copyright on the Gorgeousweekend.com website and mini-guides. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. The Gorgeousweekend.com website and mini-guides are for your personal use only - you may not use them for any commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from the Gorgeousweekend.com website or mini-guides.

The contents of the website and mini-guides do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd accept no liability whatsoever for poor service or products supplied by these businesses, however we welcome any feedback you might have on any business listed by us.

11. Group Bookings

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd can accommodate group bookings for hen / stag parties etc. Where this booking includes accommodation you are subject to the accommodation partners own terms and conditions regarding group bookings. This includes any advance payment requirements. Gorgeous Weekend Ltd will make clear at all times what payments are due and when. This payment must be made directly to the accommodation provider.

Where the group booking includes an activity, for example a Spa treatment or private chef, Gorgeous Weekend Ltd reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit. If a deposit payment is due, this will be made clear to you before booking.

12. Gorgeous Hampers

Gorgeous Weekend Ltd work with a third party supplier, Diverse Hampers Ltd, to supply, prepare and deliver our Gorgeous hampers. Payment for hampers are taken by Diverse directly and you will be asked to accept their Terms & Conditions when you complete a hamper order.
