What we do

Need some help planning a Gorgeous Weekend break in North Yorkshire? Think of our concierge team as PA, Events Manager and all round Miracle Worker rolled into one. We can do pretty much anything within the realms of your imagination and budget.  We can take care of your transport arrangements, book you into the best tables at the best restaurants, or help you plan the bash of the decade.  It's your call!

How to use the GW Concierge

Have a look through our website to get a feel for the fantastic locations available in North Yorkshire. It's also worth taking a look through our luxury Yorkshire hotels and self-catering accommodation to see what style appeals.  We have everything from the best country hotels in the Yorkshire Dales to the hippest city pads in Harrogate.  Alternatively just email us with your requirements and we can recommend the location and accommodation that fits - just provide us with some basic details on the type of break you fancy and what budget you have available.  We'll come back to you with a proposed itinerary and costs.  Don't be afraid to ask for anything, as long as it's legal we're happy to consider any requests. If you've already booked your accommodation in North Yorkshire our concierge can also take care of any little extras...

It could be anything from ordering one of our exclusive Gorgeous hampers for a picnic on the Moors to arranging a romantic hot air balloon ride over York.  Our focus is creating a truly Gorgeous Weekend for you, so we'll keep working at it until it's perfect.  We'll post confirmation of your itinerary to you, along with a few little extras, and will be on hand leading up to the weekend to answer any questions you might have.

Day tripper

You don't need to book accommodation with us to take advantage our concierge service; we can help you organise a memorable day or night out in North Yorkshire without staying over. Shopping extravaganzas, party lunches, Spa days or heading off for a day at the races. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
