Work your way up through the increasingly hot chambers of the Tepidarium, Calidarium and Laconium, punctuated with bracing dips in the ice cold plunge pool.  The Baths are available for exclusive hire on Saturday evenings and there are all day packages available which include use of the Fountain Spa room.
