The hotel's Michelin-starred Burlington restaurant is fantastic.  The graceful decor and attention to detail, right down to the designer silverware and fine crystal glasses, make dining here a grand and special affair.  Head downstairs early for pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the sumptuous cocktail lounge before moving on to the main event.    The Burlington is also now the proud recipient of 4 AA Rosettes, one of only a handful of restaurants in the country to achieve this.

There's also a bright Brasserie & Bar for lunchtime treats. 

Time for bed...

The rooms at the Devonshire country house hotel follow the same graceful tones set by the rest of the hotel.  Split across the Old House and recent Wharfedale Wing, each one has its own individual style.  Most of the rooms in the Old House come with four-posters and all are equipped with flat screen TVs.  There are also two magnificent suites available on the ground floor.
